Fifth Anniversary Celebrations at Teerthdham Manglayatan

The Fifth Anniversary Celebrations of Teerthdham Mangalayatan was held here from 30th Jan. to 03rd Feb ’08, in an auspicious atmosphere. About 450 people from different part of the Country attended the festivities and took dharm-labh.

On the first day, a procession was taken out from Chaitanya Basera. Jhandarohan was held with the hands of Shri Bhabhutmal ji Bhandari S/o. Shri Champalal ji Bhandari, Bangalore. Sthapna (Placing) of Mangal Kalash was done for Shri Anant Teerthankar Mandal Vidhan. Vidhankarta was Shri Rajmal ji Pavaiya, Bhopal. After the Vidhan, inauguration of the Anniversary Celebration was held under the president-ship of Dr. Kiritbhai P. Gosalia.

During the celebrations, religious discourses / classes were held by Pt. Shri Kailash Chandra ji Jain, Aligarh; Dr. Hukumchand ji Bharill, Jaipur; Pt. Dhanya Kumar ji Bhaure, Karanja; Bal Br. Pt. Shri Hemantbhai ji Gandhi, Songarh; Pt. Shri Virendra Kumar ji, Agra; Pt. Shri Babubhai Mehta, Fatehpur & Scholars of Teerthdham Mangalayatan Dr. Rakesh Jain, Jain Darshanacharya; Pt. Shri Ashok Luhariya, Pt. Shri Devendra Kumar Jain, Pt. Shri Sudhir Kumar Jain, etc..

On all the days, cultural programmes were held in the night by Mangalarthee Yuva Prakoshth, Aligarh & Bhakti Sandhya by the students of Mangalayatan University. Mangalarthee Intellect Admiration Ceremony was also held under the president-ship of Dr. Hukum Chand ji Bharill in which certificates & prizes were distributed to Mangalarthees. The lecture delivered on this occasion by Dr. Hukum Chand ji Bharill was filled with enthusiasm and it touched the hearts of all.

Sanchalan of the Anant Teerthankar Vidhan was held by Bal. Br. Pt. Shri Abhinandan Shastri and Pt. Shri Sanjay Kumar Shastri.

Along the festivities, a parent meeting of Mangalarthees was held on the 3rd day of the festival. Shri Pawan Jain actively took part in this meeting and addressed the parents.

A meeting of the Antarrashtriya Mumukshu Mahasangh was held on the forth day under the president ship of it’s General Secretary Shri Vasantbhai Doshi, Mumbai. Sanchalan of this meeting was held by Shri Mahipal ji Gyayak, Banswara. People reached from different part of the Country expressed their views on this occasion. Shri Vasantbhai Doshi announced that the Annual Celebrations of Teerthdham Mangalayatan will be held every year under the banner of Antarrashtriya Mumukshu Mahasangh. On request of Dr. Kirit P. Gosalia ( USA ), Shri Vasantbhai Doshi announced that the Panchkalyanak Mahotsava scheduled at Phoenix (U.S.A.) will be held under the Banner of Antarrashtriya Mumukshu Mahasangh.

On fifth day morning, Mahamasthakabhishek of Bhagwan Aadinath was performed at Kailash Parvat, in which people took part in large. After the discourses of Dr. Hukumchand ji Bharill, closing ceremony was held, in which Scholars were admired by presenting Mementos and Jinwani.

A meeting of Shri Adinath-kundkund-kahan Dig. Jain Trust was also held on the fifth day under the president ship of Dr. Kiritbhai Gosalia. Dr. Hukumchand ji Bharill, Shri Rajmal ji Pavaiya, Bal Br. Hemantbhai Gandhi, etc. attended the meeting. Shri Vasantbhai Doshi, Mumbai; Shri Mahipal Gyayak, Banswara; Shri Jawahar Lal Jain, Sikandrabad; Shri Ajit Jain, Baroda; etc. expressed their views in this meeting.
