A charitable hospital has already been built and made functional at the Mangalayatan complex. The hospital provides medical facilities not only to devotees coming to the teerth-dham, but also to the residents of nearby villages. On an average, 200 patients visit the hospital everyday and get benefited by the facility.
The hospital provides Allopathic, Homoeopathic and Ayurvedic treatment to the patients. A plan to establish a naturopathy centre at the complex is also under active consideration. An ambulance is also being arranged for the hospital.

Stone Laying ceremony (Shilanyas) of Bhagwan Mahavir Dharmarth Aushdhalaya held on Saturday 20th Dec.03.The Stone Laying ceremony (Shilanyas) was done jointly by the Chief Minister U.P. Mr. Mulayam Singh Yadav and Mr. Ramesh Chand Singhal, Prashant Group, Aligarh. The functin was presided over by Shri Ramesh Chandra Jain, Ex. Executive Director Times of India, New Delhi. Mr. Rajvir Singh, Health Minister, Govt. of U.P. Mr. Ashok Agarwal, Chief Editor Amar Ujala & Mr. Sanjay Garg, Minister of P.W.D., Govt of U.P. were the Guest of Honours.
This Hospital is being constructed with the financial help from Mr. Ramesh Chand Singhal for the benefit of people living in the nearby villages and pilgrims visiting Teerthdham Mangalayatan.
This Bhagwan Mahavir Dharmarth Aushdhalaya is already being run at Mangalayatan since last three years, in a small level, like a dispensary and approx. 100 patients are daily taking benefits of it.

At the time of the Stone Laying Ceremony, the Chief Guest Mr. Mulayam Singh Yadav Chief Minister, U.P. has made following announcements
a. Electric line to be provided from Sasni, on Govt. expenses.
b. Special Area Development Authority will be formed including 3 k.m. Area surrounding Teerthdham Mangalayatan.
